This is the comparison chart for the unmonitored versions of the larger Response SA range, the Friedland SK range and the Yale Range of wireless alarms. This range is ideally suited to protect the average sized family home.
But remember these alarms are unmonitored or what’s known in the trade as “bells only”. When activated the siren will sound and exterior lights will flash but they depend on a local source to respond to the activation and take appropriate action.
See aso unmonitored alarms for Smaller Properties (terraced houses etc) as well as Monitored Wireless Alarms that utelises your land line and monitored alarms that utelise a GSM (mobile phone) to dial out.
It should be noted that the Yale HSA 6300 and the Response SA3 both use the 433 MHz operating frequency whilst the Friedland SK3 uses the prefered 868 MHz frequency. Both the SA3 and the SK3 are built to conform to British Standards (BS 6799)
